Hot Topics Clinic March 2020
There are a lot of conditions we see and problems we face in primary care which rarely appear in the literature and these will be our focus in the Hot Topics Clinics. This webinar will be a supplement to our main course and feature topics we have not presented on the main course.
In this clinic we will be looking into the following cases:
- Jane is 38 years old and has extensive plaques of psoriasis. What lifestyle changes will help? What complications do we need to think about? How do we approach genital psoriasis
- Maggie is 75 years old and recently diagnosed with hyperparathyroidism. What do we need to do in primary care? When do we refer her to surgery, and how do we manage it if she is not suitable?
- Mo is 8 years old and troubled with hands warts and a verruca. What is the evidence for commonly used treatments? Does he need treatment at all? What are the complications we want to be alert to?
You will be able to claim 1 CPD credit for this one hour webinar.
This webinar originally aired on Tuesday 3rd March 2020. This is now available on-demand.

Brilliant in every way! I like attending live when I can, but the on demand service is great, to fit it in with a busy family life.
