The course registration is from 8:30am and the course will run from 9:30am – 5:00pm. The Course Reference Book and your Certificate of Attendance will be handed to you at registration on the day and will also be available electronically via the NB App and NB Dashboard. You do not need to prepare for the course in advance. We would like you to turn up on the day relaxed and ready for an enjoyable educational experience.

Direction from the tube station:
Piccadilly and District Line - when coming out of the tube station turn right, go along the Hammersmith Road, pass the bus station on the right-hand side, cross the road, keep going straight until get to the Red Brick Staircase there is the banner/sign directing to the hotel. Hammersmith and City Line - the only difference is to turn left.
Direction from the car park:
There are two ways to get to the meeting rooms or to the reception. When in the car park you can take stairs to ground floor or lift to the ground floor, 1st floor, mezzanine and 2nd floor. There is a description for each floor in the lift. Please note in the car park area there are very good visible signs that will direct you around.

The Novotel London West has parking on-site with over 240 on-site car parking spaces and 5 coach bays, all of which are secure and under cover. Non-residential parking rate is £3.50/ hour.
Please note that parking charges are not included in the course fee.
By attending the course you will earn 6 CPD credits. In each chapter we include a Quality Improvement Ideas box which provides suggestions to stimulate further continuing professional development such as audits and practice development. This additional work can be claimed as CPD credits.
For example, if you highlight improving end of life care as a major area for your PDP for the year ahead and subsequently do 7 hours work of reading the topic, looking at the resources, doing an audit, preparing a presentation, devising a new practice policy/guideline, you can claim a further 7 credits.
