In the second of our three CVD webinar series, we will discuss applying evidence for managing CVD into every day clinical practice in primary care.
We will consider three patient stories: primary prevention of cardiovascular disease, a complex patient with suspected peripheral arterial disease and a classic situation of polypharmacy and multiple issues to address post-acute coronary syndrome. Our holistic, patient-centred evidence-informed approach in primary care is crucial in often complex clinical scenarios.
We will look at each case in-depth, talk through the current evidence and best approach in a pragmatic primary care orientated fashion. We will also look at Hot Topics in CVD, focusing on the CV manifestations of COVID19 and the longer-term issues which may affect our patients.
You will have the chance to ask questions throughout and we look forward to an excellent evening of discussion and learning.
The webinar will be carried on Thursday 17th September 2020 starting at 8 pm and finishing at 9 pm.
You will be able to claim 1 CPD credit for this one hour webinar.
